Pure Power Program Overview
The Pure Power Program is a golf specific conditioning program unlike any other. The explosive power that leads to longer drives, straighter shots, a stronger body and a more consistent swing is developed through workouts that are customized to your available time, resources and motivation. Using our proprietary exercise database, we are able to develop a wide selection of workouts for you that offer variety while at the same time rapidly propel you towards your goal of incredible power and lower scores.
The Pure Power Program is broken down into cycles. At the beginning of every new cycle (every month) you will receive access to a new set of workouts. In each cycle there will be 8 different workouts for you to perform, with 4 of those workouts requiring typical gym equipment and 4 workouts requiring just a medicine ball and stability ball. You are free to choose the workouts that you want to do as long as you do the specified number of sessions per week.
How Do I Know If I Am Improving?
During the course of training we will periodically test your improvement by measuring various metrics through the use of a launch monitor. You will set up a launch monitor session, gather your launch data, and will enter this data into your personal profile. We will manage the data so you can make comparisons to future launch monitor testing sessions. By doing this we can quantify your power improvement.
How Much Will I Improve?
The level of improvement you will realize from using this program is directly related to your overall commitment to the program. You will get out of it what you put into it. We give you the resources you need to improve, but ultimately it is up to you to fully utilize these resources to improve your game.
By joining the Pure Power Program and staying committed to the workouts and advice outlined in the program, you will develop a stronger body that will generate explosive power, be better protected against injury, be able to replicate the precise movements of a golf swing without fatigue and recover faster from stress, both mental and physical. What Kind of Results Can I Expect And How Long Will It Take?
The amount of time it takes to experience increased performance as a result of participating in the Pure Power Program depends on your current conditioning level, your training history, your available time and your overall commitment to doing the things you need to do to improve your game.
During the first 3 months the average Pure Power Program participant realized an increase in ball speed of 9.5 MPH (6.8%) over their initial ball speed. This translated into an average distance increase of 20.9 yards (9.6%)!
After one year in the Pure Power Program the average participant realized an increase in ball speed of 17.3 MPH (12.4%) over their initial ball speed. This gigantic increase in ball speed translated into a whopping 37.1 yard (14.7%) improvement over their initial distance and the average handicap dropped 10.9 points.
The above graph illustrates a very important point: The Pure Power Program works for golfers of all levels and it delivers lasting results quickly. While results will differ for every individual, the following figures represent an average rate of improvement.
- 1 Month – Drives 10 yards farther than at start of program
- 2 Months – Drives 15 yards farther than at start of program
- 3 Months – Drives 20 yards farther than at start of program
- 1 Year – Drives 30+ yards farther than at start of program
