In addition, you pick what workouts you want to do in a given cycle. We give you 8 workouts per month because then you have a number of different choices, and as we all know, it is easier to do something when we choose to do it. In the end, all workouts will bring you to the same spot at the end of the month.
Portable and Flexible
The workouts are interchangeable, ensuring that you have the ability to easily and seamlessly move between a home gym to a fully equipped gym to a hotel gym. This helps ensure that you can workout no matter what resources you have available.
One day you can perform the No Equipment workouts and the next training session you can use the Full Facility workouts and be ensured that the overall difficulity remains the same, even though you are using different pieces of equipment.
In addition, taking the information with you to the gym or on the road is a simple three step process.
- Pick the workout you want to do that day.
- Select the “Print Workout” option for that workout
- Take the printed workout with you to the gym.
If you are going to be traveling, print out a few workouts and take them with you. If you feel like going to workout during lunch, simply logon, select your workout, print it out and head to the gym. No matter where you are or where you are going, it is easy to take our programs with you.

Different Workout Levels
We have four different program levels for you to follow: Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced and Long Driver. In order to place you in the proper program we must first discover your current strengths and areas for improvement.
When you sign up for the program we have you perform a brief fitness evaluation, from which we suggest a Pure Power Program level for you. This ensures that you are performing the right exercises and rep ranges for your given conditioning level so that you will realize maximum results with a minimum time investment. You can retest at any time to see how you are progressing in the program.
