Different Workout Levels
We have four different program levels for you to follow: Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced and Long Driver. In order to place you in the proper program we must first discover your current strengths and areas for improvement.
When you sign up for the program we have you perform a brief fitness evaluation, from which we suggest a Pure Power Program level for you. This ensures that you are performing the right exercises and rep ranges for your given conditioning level and that you will realize maximum results with a minimum time investment. You can retest at any time to see how you are progressing in the program.
