We give you all the resources you need to perform your workouts safely and effectively. Each exercise is accompanied by a video which will show you the correct technique, range of motion and tempo for the selected exercise.
If you do not understand a particular exercise or description, we have a Workout FAQ section that will usually answer your questions. If after viewing the FAQ section you still have a question, you can contact us and we will respond quickly.
