Diverse Workouts Ensure You Are Always Making Progress

Every single month (a month is refered to as a "Cycle" in the Pure Power Program) you get access to 8 new workouts that are different from the prior month’s workouts. This helps prevent boredom and also guarantees that no matter where you go or what equipment you have available, you can do the workouts.


Each “Workout” highlighted in the yellow box above has one “Full Facility” workout option and one “No Equipment” workout option for a total of 8 workouts. The requirements for each classification are below.

In addition, you pick what workouts you want to do in a given cycle. We give you 8 workouts per month because then you have a number of different choices, and as we all know, it is easier to do something when we choose to do it. It doesn’t matter what workouts you select in a given cycle because all are of the same basic difficulty level and all will have the same basic training effect. In the end, all workouts will bring you to the same spot at the end of the month.
