Complimentary Golf Fitness Workouts And Exercises
You are a busy person. You want to improve your golf game and health but think that you don't have the time. I want to show you that you do have the time and that a great workout does not have to consume chunks of your day.
Below are some very simple workouts that will help you get started with your golf-specific conditioning program. Try to get in 2 sessions a week to start off with. After you get use to having a block of time devoted to your workouts you can move up to three days a week.
As a note, these are very basic workout suggestions. The intention is to show you that getting a great workout in does not require chunks of your time. The actual workouts you get in the members section are much more dynamic and provide much better direction, leading to much better workouts.
