Jason Krantz, CSCS and Founder of Sonic Boom Golf will be presenting at the Chicago Golf Show on the Main Stage at 4 PM on February 17th, 2006.

Jason’s presentation topic will be “Aging and Loss of Distance: What is the Correlation and What Can You Do?” The presentation will look to discuss a problem that all golfers face: loss of distance as you age. The presentation will address the following areas:

• Why golfers of all abilities naturally lose distance as they age.
  
• Strategies that can be used to turn back Father Time.
  
• Discuss and illustrate simple and time efficient exercises you can do to improve power levels and increase overall conditioning levels.
  
• Highlight the best exercises for improving golf power with minimal equipment and discuss why they work.
  
• Highlight supplementary benefits of a golf training program.
